FAQ

Quick answers about leagues, accounts, and what is free today.

Is this free?

Yes during beta. There is no checkout and nothing is billed today. We plan optional paid features later — see Pricing.

Who is this for?

Adult recreational and competitive tennis players who want neighborhood flex leagues without a rigid weekly dual-meet calendar.

Do I need an association membership?

No. Anyone can create or join a flex league here. Skill levels are self-declared and refined by match results.

What is “flex”?

You are paired for the season, then you schedule each match yourselves inside the season window — instead of a fixed team night every week.

Singles and doubles?

Both. Doubles uses fixed partners for the season once both players are on the roster and linked.

Why do you ask for phone and email?

So we can send match and league alerts. Without them, you will need to check the site yourself for updates. Address and ZIP are optional.

Is my data private?

League mates and organizers can see information you share for play. We do not claim perfect protection of data — please do not enter highly sensitive information. Read the Privacy Policy.

How do ratings work?

You start from a seed level (self, invite suggestion, or organizer). After confirmed matches, a simple Elo-style update adjusts your tennis rating on an NTRP-like scale.

Something looks wrong (score, pairing, standings).

This is beta software. Tell the league organizer, and contact us via Help. We will try to fix issues, but use the site at your own risk during beta.

Will there be pickleball or other sports?

Tennis is first. The long-term idea is shared identity across sport subdomains — not available yet.
