Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and WeServeAI LLC ("Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of CheapoLeagues Tennis and related websites, applications, and content (collectively, the "Service"), including https://tennis.cheapoleagues.com. By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking "I agree" (or similar) when prompted, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service immediately.

The Service is owned and operated by WeServeAI LLC, based in Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. Learn more about the Company at https://weserviai.com. We build applications and systems that are created and maintained primarily with artificial intelligence tooling.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your access.

CheapoLeagues Tennis helps players organize recreational competitive tennis leagues and related features such as profiles, court resources, invitations, scheduling helpers, scores, standings, and ratings. Features may change, and the Service may be modified or discontinued in whole or in part at any time.

The Service may be offered as a beta or early test release. Beta features are unfinished and may contain defects. Participation in beta is voluntary and at your own risk.

The Service is designed, built, and maintained with substantial use of AI systems. Despite our efforts to test and improve the product, software created this way may contain errors, omissions, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior. League outcomes, ratings, match pairings, notifications, and other calculations are provided for convenience only and may be incorrect.

You use the Service at your own risk. You agree to hold WeServeAI LLC and its officers, members, contractors, and agents harmless from claims arising out of errors, omissions, downtime, data loss, incorrect standings or ratings, missed notifications, or any other defect in the Service, except to the limited extent of the refund remedy in Section 9 (where applicable).

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide information that is accurate enough for league coordination and to update it when it changes. You must not impersonate others, harass players, abuse invitations, or use the Service to violate law or third-party rights.

Email and phone number may be used to send match, league, and account alerts (including SMS where enabled). If you do not provide a working email or phone number, you may not receive those alerts and must check the Service yourself for notifications. Optional location fields (such as ZIP or address) help discovery and coordination but are not required for a basic profile.

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or in violation of others' rights;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service;
• scrape or harvest data except as we expressly allow;
• upload malware or harmful code;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

The Service may be free for some features and paid for others. If you purchase a paid plan or fee, pricing and billing terms will be shown at purchase. We will try in good faith to fix material defects you report.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, if you have a paid account, your sole and maximum monetary remedy for any claim related to the Service is a refund of the most recent payment you made to us for the Service. Except where required by law, we are not obligated to provide earlier refunds, credits for prior periods, or other compensation.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LEAGUE DATA, RATINGS, SCHEDULES, OR NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WESERVEAI LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF YOUR MOST RECENT PAYMENT TO US FOR THE SERVICE (OR, IF YOU HAVE NEVER PAID, ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100)). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeServeAI LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. If you do not agree to these Terms (or to updated Terms), you must stop using the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by a new version identifier. When you next sign in after a material change, the Service may require you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing. Continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for actions arising out of these Terms or the Service is the state or federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
